Charles Gaby, MA LPC

After many years of supporting positive change, I have found that courage and hope need insight and clarity to flourish. Whether you suffer from anxiety, depression, addiction or relational challenges it helps to have a guide who will not only listen to your experience, but who can also recognize dynamics that are at play in our thoughts and feelings.

I wrote a book called Choosing to Evolve - A User's Guide to Waking Up. In it, I share some of the many discoveries that clients have made in uncovering hidden scripts that had kept them stuck in repetitive cycles and frustrating limitations. Create an ecstatic life! Start today!

My background includes training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Affect Script Psychology which offers some unique insights into the emotional dynamics in our motivations and patterns. I love helping individuals and couples recover their creativity!

Tell me about your experience and teach me how you have learned to make your way in this world. I will offer you a mirror and an informed perspective. Together, I believe we can discover new pathways where hope and courage can lead to healing and transformation.
